Standard Shipping Rates
Province of Quebec
- $15 for orders under $100 (before taxes)
- FREE for orders of $100 and over (before taxes)
Rest of Canada
- $18 for all orders
- Free shipping is available in Quebec only
Note: Clothing items are not included in the $100 calculation.
Delivery Times
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, GLS, or Nationex using expedited service
- Shipping typically occurs within 1–2 business days
- Delivery takes 2–3 business days after shipment for most locations in Canada
- Shipments are processed from Monday to Thursday only (no shipments on Fridays)
Quebec
- Average delivery time: 1–2 business days
Clothing Shipping
Products from the clothing collections are processed and shipped by a third-party provider.
- Shipping is always FREE, regardless of the order amount
- These items are not included in the $100 minimum required for free shipping
- Delivery times may differ from other products and will be indicated at checkout

- Place your order before noon to maximize the chances of 24-hour delivery
Exceptions and Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for delays related to:
