Shipped by Purolator. Orders are shipped by "fast" shipping usually within 1 or 2 days. Shipping will typically arrive within a maximum of 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped for most destinations in Canada. Delivery to your home in 1 or 2 days in general for all packages in Quebec. It will be possible to track the order once it has been shipped. Note that we are not responsible for delays due to mismanagement situations, conflicts, strikes, Covid, or weather. Returns are at your expense except if it is our product error. You must order before noon to get the package in 24 hrs in Quebec.

Papeterie de l'Est Pick-up: You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pick-up (check your spam). No pick-up on Saturdays/Sundays/holidays. Bring your confirmation email to pick it up. Timeframe: Pick-up is usually ready within 24hrs.
