Details and regulations

Contest period

This contest is held by Target Baits Leurres in collaboration with Sentier Chasse Pêche and takes place from Monday May 15, 2023 to Thursday June 15, 2023.

Draw

1. The draw for the five (5) winners will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023 and the winners will be announced on the Facebook page of Sentier Chasse Pêche: https://www.facebook.com/magazine.sentier

Eligibility

1. This contest is open to anyone residing in Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of their entry.
2. Excluded are employees, representatives and agents of the contest organizers, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, their advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of prizes, materials and services related to this contest, as well as the members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or de facto spouse and all the persons with whom these employees, representatives and agents are domiciled.
3. Participation is free and can be canceled at any time.
4. Limit of one entry per person.
5. Anyone interested in participating in the contest must complete and send before the draw.

Price

1. Five (5) prizes are offered in total within the framework of the contest, for a total value of $500. Each of the prizes consists of a $100 gift certificate that can only be used on the Target Baits Leurres website ( targetbaitsleurres.ca ). If you have delivery costs or taxes to pay, they will be at your expense.
2. The prize is neither transferable, nor substitutable for another prize, nor exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or another good, nor can it be combined with other discounts or credits.

Awarding of prizes

1. The prize will be drawn among all duly registered entrants from Canada. The potential winner will be contacted by email and messenger following the draw. If the potential winner could not be reached after 1 attempt and no response has been received after 72 hours, he will not be entitled to the prize. If applicable, the next potential winner on the list will receive an email. Whatever the reason, no wait can exceed 72 hours following the first contact.
2. The winner will receive their prize by email or messenger following the draw.

Commitment of the winner

1. The winner must consent, if required, and without compensation, to the use of their name, city and region of residence and/or any statement related to obtaining the prize by the contest organizers communication and advertising purposes relating to the contest.

Personal data

1. Personal data concerning the participants are collected with their consent in the context of this competition in order to establish the identity of the participant, to notify him in the event of a win and to give him the prize awarded to him.
2. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure of their personal data by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

1. The contest organizers, any company, partnership, trust or other legal entity controlled by or linked to them, their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, representatives and agents (the "beneficiaries") disclaim all liability relating to the malfunction of any computer component, any software or any communication line, relating to the loss or absence of network communication or relating to any faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased transmission by any computer or any network and which may limit or prevent any person from reading the rules of participation. The beneficiaries also disclaim all responsibility for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any Internet page or any software or other and by the transmission of any information aimed at the participation in the competition.
2. By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, any person releases the beneficiaries from all liability for any damages they may suffer as a result of their participation or attempt to participate in the contest.
